Already in the third generation, our family lovingly takes care of the preservation of our extra virgin olive oil from our own cultivation.

Our secret formula

Our olive oil consists not only of one olive variety, but of three:

Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola & Biancolilla.

The combination of all three olive varieties gives our Olio D'Oliva Extra Vergine a distinctive and fruity taste.

The green gold of Serralunga

Not only the olive varieties but also the further processing of the olives play an important role for the unique taste, because only the first harvest of the year is used in the production of our olive oil.

Hand-picked in October and November, the olives are first carefully sorted and ground within around 12 hours of harvest.

Our Olio D'Olio Extra Virgin is obtained by mechanical cold pressing, which preserves the essence of the fruit of the olives, creating a high quality product.
